A spin-off of the 4th Piccoma Novels Award, run by Kakao piccoma. It looks for unfinished web novels with a strong hook in every chapter, to be serialized on Piccoma and adapted into SMARTOON full-colour vertical-scroll comics. There is no cap on how many entries can pass. Previous Piccoma Novels Award entries can be resubmitted if they have been revised to fit a theme.
