Purchased credits are non-refundable and may not be cancelled (including cooling-off) at the user's discretion. Refunds are available only in the following cases: (1) The purchase was made in error and the user has not consumed any credits, and submits a refund request to support@m2w.ai within 14 days of purchase (honored at the Company's discretion). (2) The Service was materially unavailable for 7 consecutive days or more (the Company will, at its discretion, extend service or refund unused credits). (3) Refunds are required by applicable consumer protection law. Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with the subjective quality of AI-generated feedback. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. |
