Video Studio
M2W turns your manga
into video.
Pick a chapter. M2W finds the panels, follows them shot by shot, gives your characters their own voices in any language, and cuts a vertical video for TikTok, Shorts and Reels — in minutes, not a day.
The demo
Under five minutes, start to finish.
A chapter of Love Story, from upload to a short cut for TikTok, Shorts and Reels — with sound.
How it works · 01 · Panels
It finds every panel, and follows them shot by shot.
Upload a chapter and Video Studio finds every panel on the page — the way a reader’s eye does — and lays them out as shots in reading order, framed for a vertical screen. The camera pushes in, pulls out, or pans across a wide panel in the manga’s reading direction, and every shot has a length you can drag.
- Reading order, right to left or left to right
- Push, pull and pan presets per shot
- Panel outlines you can correct
How it works · 02 · Dialogue
It reads what your characters say to each other.
The script is written from your pages: dialogue for the characters, prose for the narrator, the caption boxes where they belong. Every line names its speaker, so a conversation stays a conversation — two voices, not one reading both parts. Rewrite a line, re-voice it, or cut it.
- A line per balloon, with its speaker
- In character, narrated, or both
- Every line editable, every take replaceable
How it works · 03 · Voices
Dozens of AI voices.
Nine studio voices to start — warm and dramatic narrators, bright and soft girls, steady and gruff men, a shouted voice for sound effects. Then open the picker: Kokoro’s open voices, ElevenLabs on Premium and Pro, and your own cloned voice. Each one samples a line from your script before you pick it.
- Built-in, Kokoro and ElevenLabs
- Your own voice, cloned
- Hear any voice read your line first
How it works · 04 · Languages
In any language.
A Japanese chapter can be narrated in English, Korean, Chinese, Spanish or French. The script is translated as it is written, the picker only offers voices that speak that language, and the captions are burned in to match — so one chapter becomes six videos, each native to its feed.
- Narrate in the manga’s language or another
- Voices that speak that language
- Captions burned in, in the same language
How it works · 05 · The feed
Content the modern generation enjoys.
Readers find manga on video feeds now. Video Studio cuts for them: vertical, captioned, with music and sound effects on the beat, presets for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X. When it’s done, you download an MP4 and post it.
- Vertical, captioned, ready to post
- Music beds and sound effects
- An MP4, ready to post
Direct it
A timeline you can drag, and a director you can talk to.
Or say what you want. The director reads your request — “make page 3 more dramatic”, “skip the title page”, “use the narrator for everything” — and applies it across the cut, with every change listed so you can undo it.
Camera moves
Push in, pull out, lock off, or pan across a wide panel in the manga reading direction. Stay on the page or go past its edges.
Effects and transitions
Impact flash, camera shake, speed lines, vignette, a sepia flashback, focus-on-panel that blurs everything else. Cut, fade, whip or pan between shots.
Ask the director
Presets for feel, pacing, sound and shots, or your own words. Everything is kept in version history, so you can restore any earlier cut.
Export
Cut for the platform you’re posting to.
Platform presets
Presets for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X, plus landscape YouTube. The frame and captions follow.
Pay for what you make
Scripts, voices, the director and exports use credits. Audio you’ve already made is reused free, and a failed export is refunded.
Questions
Before you start
Do I need to record anything?
No. The voices are synthesised from the script. If you want your own voice, add a clone and cast it as the narrator or any character.
Can I change the script?
Every line is editable — the words, the speaker, the voice, where it plays. Rewrite the whole script in one go, or make a new take of a single line.
What does it cost?
Free to start. Your account comes with credits, and you get more free credits every day. Video Studio spends them on the script, each new voice clip, the director and the export — the price is shown before each one, and anything that fails is refunded. If you make more than the free credits cover, buy credits and keep going.
Your next chapter should be seen, not just scrolled past.
Free account. Credits are only spent when you make something.
